Team Management Help

Overview

The Team Management feature allows project owners and project managers to manage team members for each project. You can invite users, assign roles, and control access to project features.

Inviting Team Members

Roles and Permissions

Role Permissions
Owner
  • Full control over the project and team
  • Can invite users as PM or Member
  • Can promote/demote any team member (except themselves)
  • Can remove any team member
Project Manager (PM)
  • Can invite users as Member
  • Can promote/demote Members (but not Owners or other PMs)
  • Can remove Members
Member
  • View-only access to project tracker
  • Cannot invite, promote, demote, or remove users
